please complete the Information Form and you will be contacted with more details. If you would like to co-host a workshop,
please contact seventhgeneration@tuckerhouse.ca.
The Healthy Home
We tend to take our own physical health for granted until something goes wrong. This is an important topic for people wanting to ensure that their own or
their clients' living and working spaces are as healthy as possible. Come and explore in-depth issues and solutions for the home environment. Learn how
certain indoor conditions can create or worsen health problems: allergies, asthma, head-aches, colds, flu, fatigue, chemical or environmental sensitivities,
sick building syndrome, etc. Simple and practical information will allow you to better understand homes and their systems so that healthy changes can be
made. Questions are encouraged! Handouts, visual aids and plenty of other resources will be on hand.
