KIlling Bugs with Natural Dish Liquid

My tomatoes were infested with Leaffooted Bugs and their offspring. Trying to stay natural, I mixed up some Natural Dish Liquid (1 part) and some rubbing alcohol 91% (3 Parts) in a fine mister. Wiped those bugs out! Since the Natural Dish Liquid has not been tested for this use, can you still tell me if I wash the tomatoes, are they safe? From reading the MSDS and looking at the ingredients, can I use this as an insecticidal soap? Again, if you can't advise me, just shake your head Yes or No. If you can, post this where you want!
